Tulsi Regmi, Ph.D. is a member of the faculty in the School of Construction Management at George Brown College (GBC) in Toronto, Canada. Professor Regmi teaches in the Bachelor of Technology-Construction Management program. Drawing on his extensive experience in private sector consulting and academia, Dr. Regmi specializes in construction estimating, cost control, cost planning, cost engineering, value engineering, construction planning & scheduling, construction project management, construction informatics, real estate development economics, construction technologies, construction science, and sustainable construction practices. 

In an attempt to introduce to the world the diverse cultures of Nepal and demonstrate their influence on the cuisine of this country, he has authored a comprehensive cookbook titled Creative Nepali Cooking with Tulsi Regmi.
